Based on the logs provided the SSDs seem to be working as expected and no SMART errors or alerts were found in our Intel® SSD DC S4500 Series hardware.
In order to get further information about the environment that this SSD is been used. We will appreciate if you can provide us with the SSU logs extracted from your PC.
• The SSU logs.
1- Go to
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/ and download the software.
2- When finished downloading it, open it.
3- Attach the file obtained to your reply.
