Intel 750 SSD green LED on but amber LED blinks on and off steadily whilst computer is very slow to boot and sometimes desktop has no icons

it worked fine for a month but now its slllooooww all of a sudden . amber light blinks on/off constantly. I used the intel toolbox and everything checked out. I did a windows repair and got rid of most all the programs. Windows10 64bit 32GB RAM i76800K. X99

First we would like to recommend you to reinstall the latest NVMe* driver, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26167/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Family-for-NVMe-Drivers here is the link for it.Also, about the LEDs, please let us know a bit more having these pictures as reference:
