Degraded 750 - Unable to mount drive.

I have a 1.2 TB Drive that is suddenly reporting as "health is degraded. Contact support." I'm now unable to mount the device. How can I revive the device?

Cheers.

Hi HNCC,

Based on the log attached in this thread, it is difficult to determine since it does not show the first part of the attributes needed, this possibly because the drive was already degraded. Our suggestion to avoid the degradation of this type of SSD (Consumer SSDs) is to not use it in a Data Center environment or as a server SSD.We are glad our support department is replacing the drive for you, we don't actually see this kind of situation on these kinds of SSDs.Regards,Nestor C

Ok.. This was in a consumer system with less than 100hrs.. Typical use, too. Very concerning.

HNCC,

Based on experiences, we can tell you this could be just an isolated case.Have a nice weekend.Regards,Nestor C
