I have a 1.2 TB Drive that is suddenly reporting as "health is degraded. Contact support." I'm now unable to mount the device. How can I revive the device?
Cheers.

Hello, Yes. I did reach out to support and am being shipped a replacement.
What concerns me the most is that there was no explanation of what was wrong, so I'm concerned the drive will die again without warning. We'll see.
Thanks for getting back to me.
