Hi,
Can anyone help to advice whether Intel DC S4500 can power up with +5V only?
I was inform it is able to support but i could find any infomation from Intel DC S4500 specification.

Hi Porthelp,
We understand your concern regarding that if the Intel® SSD DC S4500 Series can be power up with +5V only.We would like to inform you that the SSD can be powe up with 5V or 5V+12V SATA Supply Rail*. If both 12V and 5V power supplies are present, defaults to 5V+ 12V power supplies. Does not support 12 volt only.Please let us know if there is something else we can assist you with. Thanks for yr reply. I have 1 unit not able to power up by +5v only but when connect with +5 and +12V, it is able to power up.
Will return for RMA.
