Comparing 320 series SSD to the new DC S3700 one I found a huge difference in Random Write (100% Span) field http://ark.intel.com/compare/71916,56569 http://ark.intel.com/compare/71916,56569
What does this Random Write (100% Span) mean?
Is it an error in 320 spec? Or may be you forget to fill it for DC S3700... there shouldn't be a 24000% difference in any parameter!

Hi Dwarf and Joe,
I saw this post a few days ago and the data for the 320 was incorrect at that point. I requested an update to ARK and that has been completed so the data is correct now.
Sorry for not updating this thread sooner.

Cool! But now IOPS for 8Gb span and for 100% span are the same... little bit strange though. Why there were two different counters if it is always identical.
One more to say. 320 series have 128bit AES Hardware Encryption it wasn't mentioned in ark
