Hi,
I tried to upgrade two 320 40GB disks using the firmware upgrade tool. The utility said that one of my disks needed an update. The upgrade process went fine. However, each time I try to boot, the firmware upgrade utility keeps coming up...Somehow, the upgrade utility seems to have installed on the disk even though I had the firmware on my flash drive and booted it up from there. Is that possible? If so, how do I get rid of it?
Thank you!

Hello Okcken,
We understand that your system keeps booting up the firmware update tool after you installed it on your SSD.According to that: -Did you change the boot priority in BIOS for this?-Did you remove the bootable media?-What are your computer's specs?-Make sure in the BIOS that you set the boot priority to boot from your SSD only. Please let us know.Regards,Nestor C04-24-2017 08:26 AM
