SSDSA2MH080G1GC fw update?

hi guys!

does the recently released FW update cover the SSDSA2MH080G1GC as well? i tried the update (booting from cd using the downloaded .iso), and the program gave me "already running the latest version" (fw 045C8820, which is pretty aged).

also, i tried to find out whether my SSD supports TRIM or not (Win 7 x64 here), so i ran

"fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify" which returned "DisableDeleteNotify = 0"

according to MSDN and other forums this means that TRIM is enabled anyways ...

lots of confusion here, probably somebody could shed some light on this?

1. there is no recent firmware update for the Generation 1 SSD's (atleast yet).

2. the query you're doing is checking if the Operating System has TRIM enabled, it's not querying the hardware
