Running SSD Toolbox on Win 7 Bootcamp Partition...Will MAC OS 10.6 Partition get hosed?

I understand the intel SSD toolbox does not run on MAC but I was wondering if anyone has run it from a NTFS partition under windows 7 bootcamp and if so, what happens with the MAC OS partition on the same x-25 SSD?

Very surprised this has not been answered. 60 views of post in 3 days leads me to believe this is a fairly common question/concern, especially with no Trim support on Mac OSX. I thought an MAC enthusiast, or an Intel or Apple employee would know the answer easily. Perhaps the OCZ forums will yield an answer if this forum doesn't.
