As the title states, I just installed my Intel 520 SSD 240GB into my Mac Mini (running OSX Lion) as although disk utility can see the disk, it cannot format it (using any option). It just stops about 50% throught the format and just sits there.
I've had the Intel 320 before on a MacBook and it wokred very easy so I assumed this would be the same. Since it was a pain to get it in the mini, do I have to take it out and connect it to a PC or something? Can I just run Parallels to update the firmware (using the program)?
