How to make sure superfetch disabled on SSD?

Greetings. I've read on here a bit, and I can't figure out how people are determining if superfetch is disabled on the SSD or not. I have one SSD, and then I have two 2tb WD greens in raid0. So I don't want to disable superfetch service so I still get the benefit of it from programs installed on my raid array. How do I determine if it's also caching(or not caching) data from my SSD?

Thank you

You can go to control panel->services-> to manually disable the Superfetch services by selecting the disabled option

I do not wish to disable the service as I have two mechanical HDDs as well as my SSD. I do know that windows 7 is supposed to not run superfetch on SSD by default, but I have read that sometimes it doesn't always properly disable it for the SSD. I need to know how to check and make sure it isn't loading data from the SSD into ram.
