I have X25-M 80 GB 2nd Generation.
This is safe to do this guide? someone maybe can give my another guide?

I heard only windows 7 is optimized to work on ssd.

I`m saying safe and enough if you just switch off the indexing and defrag on the SSD. The other things can crash your OS or make it unsafe.
