Can I install Windows 7 onto a 64gb SSD and use the rest for intel's Smart Response Technology?

I have been looking around and can't seem to find an answer.

Please note that the technology is not able to select partitions in an ssd but the ssd itself, and use all the disk space to run the Smart Response Technology, so it is not possible to use an ssd and select the amount of space for this porpoise.
