Hello!
There is my problem.
I was bought Intel X 25-M SSD 120 GB ( SSDSA2MH120G2K5) as a system drive for my server. Config:
Motherboard SERVER MB S3420 GP S1156/S3420GPLC
CPU CPUXQC 2400/2.5GT/8M S1156 BOX/X3430 BX80605X3430 S LBLJ INRAM 2x4GB 1066MHZ DDR3 ECC REG CL7 QR INTELStorage controller SRCSATAWB
SERVER CHASSIS GROSSE POINT/SC5650UP
I was trying to install on Intel SSD drive in AHCI mode Windows Server 2008R2 x64. But no luck for me. The most error - after starting install and making new partition on drive - Intel SSD disappears and after that make drive alive can do only low level format. Few times install was successful but after few restart same situation - drive disappears. Think - i was trying all drivers and many bios configuration - but no luck for me. Maybe someone know - what iam diong wrong?
Best regards
Petruchio

So you did test in IDE/Legacy/Compatibility Mode and it did not have the issue?
