40V SSD can't install the toolbox

I have original installed the toolbox v1.3.

And I want to update the latest toolbox v2.0 recently.

The message always showed "The folder path Intel SSD toolbox contains an invaild character." during the installation.

I uninstall the old revision and try again. It still can't do.

And I also can not reinstall the v1.3.

could you please help to solve this problem??

Hello, based in the description that you just provide, it seems that the problem that you have is related with the operating system, seems to be corrupted, I will recommend you to reinstall the operating system and then try to install the latest version of the Toolbox from the following link: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18455&lang=eng
