330 60GB SSD in Zalman VE-300 enclosure - USB2 works, USB3 doesn't

I have a Intel 330 60GB SSD inside a Zalman VE-300 enclosure, and it refuses to work in USB3 ports, only USB2 ports work

The USB3 ports are working fine, I've tested another drive and it's working, just not the one in the VE-300

I've tried an updated firmware from Zalman but it made no difference

Any help would be appreciated
