do one think format your windows and reinstall windows and your windows is only install on the SSD and before u reinstall windows first u format your SSDSSD if OK there are no problem on SSD
did you format your SSD before installing?If no, I suggest back up your data, and format your SSD and reinstall your OS only in SSD.Not worry, It is totally fine.Your SSD is working but your OS has some Error.
