How can the problem be with "Intel® Rapid Storage Technology", since it is also noticed with Apple devices, which don't have this installed?

I am having the same problem with a Macbook Pro and a 240-GB SSD 530 which shipped with the latest (DC12) firmware.Mac shows the "prohibited" sign* at startup after restart.At that point, If I shut down by holding the power key pressed, and then boot...
