Firmware Update Tool freezes at License Agreement screen

I've recently buy the Intel® SSD 520 Series (120GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 25nm, MLC) I've downloaded the Firmware Update Tool v2.0.4 and create both a CD and USB bootable drive to apply possibly firmware updates but... as I said they're both getting free...
