Intel 320 SSD corrupted.. How to re-format /repair it?

Hi, I have a Intel 320 SSD (300GB). it was with Win 7 & PGP FDE.. It got corrupted beyond repair.. went to a few data-recovery services.. all said cannot retrieve data from disk. I have given up hope in retrieving the data from disk..what I want...
