How to renew Intel 520 SSD that I have wiped with CCleaner

Hi,I've wiped my Intel 520 SSD using the CCleaner drivewiper and the disk is now non-functional. I've now worked out that I shouldn't have of course. Is there any way that I can get the disk working again?
