Where can I find the latest firmware for my SSD 520 series drive?

I downloaded the latest version (3.3.6) of the Solid State Toolbox. It correctly detects my drive and reports the firmware version is 400i. However, the Firmware Update view doesn't allow me to update, and the Check For Updates button just takes me...
