The intel 750 ssd 1.2TB is very slowly in the Ubuntu 16.04 system

I use the ubuntu 16.04, and it can identify the nvme ssd. But the reading data speed is about 500MB/s for the 750 ssd, and the writing data speed is about 200MB/s. Why is this?
