Intel SSD 750 series red light of death help

I have a 750 series 400gb drive which was working fine until this morning it came up with the "INTELNVMEDRIVELOCKFREEZE" on booting. Within windows it's not showing up at all, and I have tried the Tool kit and it's also not showing up on there neithe...
