How long is the warranty (5 years?) of the Intel SSD 520 240GB product which is offered on

Hi Hans,
As long as the SSD from Amazon is new and is in it's original packaging, it has a 5 year limited warranty.

If I understand the linked page then the 5 year limited warranty applies only to Retail and Reseller SKUs. The product offered on Amazon (see link above) is obviously an bulk/OEM sku. Amazon supprt does not know how long the warranty is on this, but they confirmed that is comes in a blister packaging, not the retail box.
Are you still convinced it comes with 5 year limited warranty?
