Trim Does Not Finish

I am running a solid state drive, INTEL SSDSA2M120G2GC ATA.

When I run trim (the Intel SSD Optimizer) it goes to 7%, but never makes any further progress.

I can leave it for days, and it will still be at 7%. It also has left behind the files, --=={Intel_Trim_File_0}==--.bin etc on my SSD drive.

This used to work fine. Where do I go from here to get this working?

Answer was quite simple in my case. I am not sure why it stopped working, but when I installed the latest version of the Intel solid state drive toolbox (3.1.2) it worked fine.
