Hello!
I got a crash with my PC (CPU overheat due to heat-sink support break), and let it off for few month (time to get a new heat-sink plate, do the repair: not my main PC).
Now the SSD is 'bricked': no boot (Win10). It seems to have lost its partitions and even its name.
I re-installed Win10 on a secondary HDD and get the latest 'Intel Memory and Storage Tools' v1.12.172: the SSD is detected as SandForce, so the tool doesn't want to continue (as it is not recognized an Intel SSD).
The BIOS and DiskManager shows 'SandForce 200026BB' instead of the Intel real ID.
I also tried connecting the SSD on a second PC without more success.
How can I recover the data on this SSD?
Model is SSDSC2BW120H6

As we understand, you are requesting support for your Intel® SSD 535 Series. If we inferred correctly, we would appreciate it if you may provide us with the following information:
1- The system details by extracting the SSU logs.
A- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ (for Windows*) and to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/ (for Linux) download the software.
B- When you finish downloading it, open it.
C- Attach the file generated by the tool in your reply.
2- We would like to check the SMART attributes of your Intel® SSDs and review them to see if they show any error, using this system or another system that recognize the drives:
*Please extract the following logs by using the Intel® Memory and Storage Tool:
- SMART attributes: intelmas show -smart -intelssd “SSD_index”.
-The SSD information using show -all command from Intel MAS CLI: intelmas show -all -intelssd “SSD_index”
A complete User Guide is available below. Replace the “SSD_index” with the actual index number of your SSD.

Hello!
I ran the SSU.exe (exported to SSU_log_20211219.txt) and the Intel_MAS_CLI_Tool_Win_1.12 (output copy in IntelMAS_log_20211219.txt).
As noted before, the SSD drive is not recognized as an Intel SSD drive, and the reported size is 0.
It's in a 'bricked' state, but I'd like to recover some files from it.
