SSD 520 series 240GB failed, any possibility to recover the data from it?

SSD 520 series 240GB failed, not detected in BIOS, servcemen say the controller failed, any possibility to recover the data from it? two recovery-services said it is impossible to decrypt data without controlled, maybe i can buy another ssd of the same serie?
