Pipet,
According to your post, the SSD is getting around 120 MB/s sequential write, we would like to ask you, what application are you using to test the SSD?Here are the http://ark.intel.com/products/94420/Intel-SSD-540s-Series-120GB-2_5in-SATA-6Gbs-16nm-TLC specs of the drive, where you can check the estimated sequential read & write. For testing, we used the IOmeter* software. If you have any more questions, please let us know.NC07-12-2016 04:53 PM
Thanks for answering. The software was used AS SSD Benchmark 1.9.5986 . According to the specifications intel page sequential write speed dberia be 400mb / s . The bios was set to AHCI mode before installing Windows x64 and intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox according to the firware is updated .

Pipet,
We use IOmeter* to perform the tests in our SSDs, this because we can handle the queue depth on it and provide valid information. Please find in this http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/ssdc/hpssd/ssd-750/sb/intel_ssd_750_series_... link how to configure the program to properly provide scores. If you need to download IOmeter*, here is the http://www.iometer.org/doc/downloads.html link.As well, we do know that CystalDiskMark is accurate at providing scores, if you want to try it here is the https://osdn.jp/projects/crystaldiskmark/downloads/65730/CrystalDiskMark5_1_2-en.exe/ link. Please let us know if you require further assistance.NC07-20-2016 12:19 PM
