I have two INTEL SSDPD21K015TAM disks that cannot work on Windows. It kept no partition table available in Windows Disk Manager. But I partitioned it in Linux with GPT and NTFS.
Linux nvme-cli shows the LBA is in 512 + 8 mode. I think that's why it can't work in Windows.
I tried:
sst start --ssd [index] --psidrevert [32 characters from drive]
The message I received was:
Status : The selected drive cannot run this feature. Opal/Pyrite is not activated or is in an unknown state.
Then I tried the solution in https://community.solidigm.com/t5/solid-state-drives-nand/use-opal-drive-like-a-regular-drive-d5-p53...
sst start --ssd [index] --nvmeformat --LBAFormat 0 --SecureEraseSetting 2
And the message I received was:
Status: Invalid LBA format.
Is there a way I can just use these disk as a normal LBA format, non-OPAL drive?

Based on the model provided (SSDPD21K015TAM), we would like to clarify that Intel® Optane™ drives are not part of the Solidigm product portfolio. These products were not included in the NAND business acquisition by SK Hynix, and as such, they remain under Intel’s coverage.
