P3600 can't switch LBAF

suddenly i cant reformat to 4096 sector size

i changed it several times before from 512 to 4k and back

default secure erase completes ok, but if i specify lba format it gives error (nvme format --lbaf=3)

NVME status: INTERNAL: The command was not completed successfully due to and internal error (0x6)

SST tool also gives error on windows 2019
