My SSD only show " 0GB "

Serial Number: PHDX722300XXXXXXXX

This is new intel SSD DC S3520 960GB

My mb (Asus AM4 TUF X570) only catch it as 0GB...... 😞 what can i do?

I do renew a new one. Also have another SSD on my mb, it work well.

I cross checked.

  1. Please download and install Intel SSD Toolbox. Using this application you may check SSD status.
  2. Is it new installed SSD? Was it initialized and formatted in Windows?
  3. Is this SSD recognized in BIOS?
  4. Please attach an image of Disk Management.
