I have a ticket opened since the 6th of October (Ticket Number: CIM-133691-Z0V6Q) that has had zero feedback or contact from Solidigm.
What is going on here? This lack of service unacceptable.

i would suggest calling in there is pretty much no hold time to get though to someone. i am in the process of trying to set up an rma for a 760p drive i called in monday gave the guy all the info then he email me back and i replied back with the invoice. now i'm just waiting on approval he said 24-48 hours i guess will see.
he did say they have no 760p drives in stock and its sounding like the only option there offering is refunds IMO id rather just replace it with another drive but it didn't sound like that's even an option there offering i guess will see when the RMA is approved.
