Hello LeiPei,
The F3 SMART Attribute for your Intel® SSD DC S3610 Series shows the "Total Bytes Written":
"This includes NAND writes triggered by host writes, defrag, background data refresh and wear level relocation writes, etc."
For more information on the SMART Attributes supported by your Intel® SSD you may refer to it's Product Specifications document:
Usually SMART Attributes are displayed as "Vendor Specific" if they are not currently active (reserved for future use), or the tool being used is unable to properly read the attribute.
Please make sure that you're using the latest Intel® SSD Toolbox, or try our more specialized Intel® SSD Data Center Tool instead:
If you're already using the latest Intel® SSD Toolbox and the issue continues, please select the Export option on your home screen and share the report created with us by switching to the "Advanced Editor" mode and attaching the .CSV file to your thread.

F1 Tatol LBAs Written = 331.19GB
F3 Tatol Bytes Written = 25477
Tatol NAND Written = 25477 * 65536 * 512byte = 796.16GB
WA = 796.16GB/331.19GB = 2.4
This value is reasonable , I feel relieved !

If you're looking for a more accurate way to assess your drive's health, we usually look at the (E9) Media Wear-out Indicator.This attribute's normalized value starts off at 100 and decreases as the NAND chips are worn out by write cycles. Once it decreases all the way down to 0, the drive will have reached the end of it's usable life and will enter a read-only mode or fail.We're always glad to help.
