intel ssd toolbox crashes during Optimizer

when i run the SSD optimizer, it would always crash at 90% on the green progress bar. it would then create all the intel_trim_files in C: drive and these files stay until i run intel SSD toolbox again which then the trim files all disappear.

i have gotten it to work sometimes, but i do not see any consistency.

intel 750 SSD PCI-E

intel SSD toolbox version 3.3.0

windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

have tried reinstalling SSD toolbox

windows disk clean up option did not work for me

After doing some intensive troubleshooting...found that the Windows 10 upgrade is the culprit at least for me.

By removing the Pre-Windows 10 update (KB3035583) the SSD Toolbox Optimizer issue was gone...now works fine!

Seem that Windows 10 has some driver issues?

Hope this sheds some light on the problem!

Attached is the System ID Utility listing, hope this helps, although the Windows 10 upgrade seems to be the problem for me.

I'm deeply rooted in Windows 7 at least for now and heavely invested in Intel products as listed in the utility.

I also have the exact same problem!

All drivers and Bios are the latest update and still the SSD Toolbox crashes when using the Optimizer as described above!

Is there any help with a SSD Toolbox update?
