Hi Jos B.
Thank you for your reply.
5 Smart log Files attached.
File 1 S3610 SSD Smart log before reboot
F3 = 20672817 / 32 = 646025 GB
File 2 S3610 SSD Smart log after reboot 1st time
F3 = 20672907 / 32 = 646028 GB
File 3 S3610 SSD Smart log after power off and on 1st time
F3 = 20673131 / 32 = 646035 GB
File 4 S3610 SSD Smart log after reboot 2nd time
F3 = 20673311 / 32 = 646040 GB
File 5 S3610 SSD Smart log after power off and on 2nd time
F3 = 20673625 / 32 = 646050 GB
My S3610 SSD have connected directly to the Motherboard without any adapters or RAID controllers in the middle. It is not choose MBR or GPT disk mode, no partition and unformat.
After reboot and power on into Win 10 Pro. only run Intel MAS to output SMART log.

Hello, TimWong.
Thank you for your patience.
We reviewed the new log files, and we couldn’t find anything wrong in the SSDs, no errors in the attributes, and the media wear-out E9 is at 98. Overall, the drive is healthy.
Up to this point, we can think that the system may have some configuration that forces to write data in the drive at startup.
To try to confirm that the other drives you tested in that same system are not presenting the same behavior. Would you mind providing us with the SMART logs of another Intel® SSD (not an Intel® SSD DC S3610 Series) before and after restarting the system for further analysis?
We will follow up with you again on Tuesday, the 18th of May 2021, if we do not receive an answer from you. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a different date for the follow-up.
Best regards.

Hi Josh B.
Thank you for reply.
Here are all my SSD SMART log attached. All SSD are direct connect to the X99 motherboard. P4800X is Win 10 Pro system drive, 2 X25-M SDD as RAID 0 mode.
2 S3610 not choose MBR or GPT disk mode, no partition and unformat.
I found that if after reboot, I use Intel MAS to check SMART of S3610, it must increase about 3 GB to 4GB. But when I use CrystalDiskInfo 8.12.0 X64 to check SMART data, even reboot and check 10 time, it is still no increase.
2 S3610 drive after turn off and power on the computer, sleep mode or something let SSD have a period no power supply, every time SSD will increase NandWrites(F3) about 4 GB to 8 GB ever use Intel MAS or CrystalDiskInfo 8.12.0 X64 to check SMART (My computer, my mother's (as a USB drive test), my friend's (as a USB drive test)and my company's (as a USB drive test)).
Please told me Intel how and use what system (is include X99 chipset?) to test the S3610 is normal. Thx!
S3610 Drive 1
