i would like to ask about endurance rating Intel ssd 750 400GB HHHL (CEM2.0).

Endurance Rating

- 70 Gb Writes Per Day

- Up to 127 TBW ( Terabytes Written) (q)

Is that mean when I reach the notch of 127 TBW ssd will fail to continue operating?

We would like to inform you that when the SSD reaches the maximum Terabytes Written (127 TBW), It will go to a "Read Only" status which means you will no longer be able to write to the SSD.
