Intel P3600 NVMe 2.5" pauses between write bursts

Hello

I am testing 2 Intel P3600 400 GB in RAID 0 as cache volumes on linux CentOS 7.

During a random write benchmark with iozone I notice frequent long pauses where NOTHING gets written to disk

Am I the only one seeing this?

How did you set up your RAID 0 ?

What type of RAID controller are you using?

Did you try these drive individually in order to check the results?
