Hello,
Yesterday i have tried to install my Intel 750 ssd Nvme without sucess on a Asus Z170 Deluxe (last generation Skylake with nvme support). It is not seen in the Bios and by Windows 10. I' have the last Bios 604.I' have tried by the Asus Hyper card included (enabled in the Bios) and by the Pcie card included with the motherboard on pcie_3 slot.In the bios, i have tried under CSM: with Legacy and UEFI first options. Windows 10 not seen the SSD in Windows...By google, others people seem to have the same issue.I don't understand why this SSD in not seen on this motherboard. Can you test this SSD with last Asus motherboards
Can you help me ?Thanks

Hello fb69,
It is good to know you identified the cause of the issue and that your new SSD is working correctly.
I would like to add that cloning from a SATA SSD or RAID volume to a PCIe NVMe drive such as the Intel® SSD 750 is not recommended, and a fresh install is recommended.
When you boot from a NVMe drive, it is important that uEFI drivers and specific BIOS settings are used. Existing OS installs are unlikely to have these settings.

wwhen u say "- The Intel® SSD 750 Series is a PCIe device and requires a driver to work properly. In some cases, it may not be detected without the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23929/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Data-Center-Family-for-PCIe-... Intel® Solid-State Drive Data Center Family for PCIe Drivers." what exactly are you saying? In other words, can you explain in detail what that is and where to install it and how? Like is it something to be installed onto the Intel 750 drive?
