Intel 660p 2TB SSD 3D NAND QLC M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 writes slow

When I first received this drive it worked great, writing around 940MB/s, its not gotten progressively slower, down to around 155MB/s. I thought maybe it was thermal throttling but the enclosure is barely warm. Any ideas? Utilities to help this out?

1. Please download Intel SSD Toolbox: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28808/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox?product=80096 . This tool may be installed on systems running Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. O.S.
2. Install the Toolbox and run it. You may check SSD helthness, run diagnostics and update firmware to the last version.
