Intel 545s and Intel DC S3110

These SSDs seems to have the same characteristics and price. 545s has a controller Silicon Motion SM2259 but which controller is on S3110? Which one is more reliable? What's the difference between 3d2 TLC ( 545s) and 3D nand tlc (s3110)

Thanks for the answer . Do you know which controller is in Intel DC S3110 ? The controller is the brain of a solid state drive. One of them should be better
