Both drives have similar performance and features it depend of the usage that you are going to give to this drive since the Intel® SSD DC S3110 Series is designed for data center/enterprise usage the drive is going to be able to handle bigger workloads for further information please visit the products brief description.

What's the difference between 3d2 TLC (545s) and 3D nand tlc (s3110)
The Intel® SSD DC S3110 Series 128GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 3D2, TLC and the Intel® SSD 545s Series 128GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 3D2, TLC are listed as 3D2, TLC but in ARK there is a typo on the “Lithography Type” section, we will correct this as soon as possible to avoid future confusions.
