Intel 530 180gbs read/write speed problems.

Hi,

i just bought intel 530 180gb ssd and im getting only 230-300mb/s read speed. Ssd is conected to sata 3 port.

My specs are: as rock p67 pro3 se, intel i5 2500k oc-ed to 4.2ghz, g skill ripjaws 2x4gb, sapphire hd 6870, seagate baracuda 2tb hdd, os is win 7 64bit. It ssems that i get sata 2 speed. Does anybody have the sam issue as me?0

Did you check partition alignment? Is the AHCI mode set for this drive in BIOS? Can you post ATTO Disk Benchmark screenshot?
