I understand it is not an option to take as first step but have you tried backing up files and trying a secure erase or a low level format?

not yet i have considered it. But just to update i still receive seemingly random 0xa's i have noticed that some seem to happen when opening/closing a (random or non specific) programs or games (games aren't located on the SDD some of the programs are... not sure if that is helpful in anyway).

The Intel® SSD will need to be replaced since it failed the diagnostic scan.
You may contact your nearest http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport Intel support team to request a warranty replacement.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
