Have you contacted ASUS* to get their input on the issue?It would be very important to find out from them if this specific SSD model has been validated for your laptop, or at least find out if your M.2 port supports NVMe*.Best regards,Carlos A.

Hello iclown,

At this point the issue remains unsolved. As per the laptop manufacturer's page, it is not clear if the M.2 Slot supports PCIe* NVMe*, or only PCIe*.- The Intel® SSD 600p Series requires an M.2 PCIe* NVMe* Gen 3.0 by 4 lanes slot.If the M.2 slot does not support NVMe*, the drive will not be compatible.Our last recommendation, aside from updating to the latest BIOS, was to check with the system manufacturer to see if the M.2 port meets the base requirements.Best regards,Carlos A.
