Disk read error on Series 730 SSD

I had some issues with Windows 10 lately and all of a sudden, my SSD crashed on me last night. Gave me a "Disk read error" after 7 months of usage. Is the drive dead or do I need to reformat it again?

Hello ChrisBarrows,

We would need more information to confirm or discard the reason for this behavior. Here a few things to consider about this issue:

- Were there any recent changes made in the system that may be related to this? (OS changes, memory upgrades, power outages, new software, etc.)

- Run Windows* Check disk to look for file system errors.

- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18455/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox Download and install Intel® SSD Toolbox, version 3.3.2. Once installed run the Intel® SSD Optimizer and Scan diagnostics.

- Also in the Toolbox, select the SSD and "Export" the drive's log, then upload it here for review.
