So, all of a sudden my data drive in my server disappears.
I reboot.
I power off and on.
I run the DCTools, and get the following non-healthy error.

When it comes to the "ASSERT" error with these SSDs, means that the drive had a catastrophic failure and it needs to be replaced in warranty.Have you checked the lights on the SSD?
