Hello,
I just bought an Intel 530 120GB SSD to replace my old 500GB HDD.
On the HDD i have 3 partition from which the first one, the one with the operation system i want to migrate the SSD.
I use Intel Data Migration software, i complete all the steps, but when i have to select the destination drive, it all greyed out.
I attached a screenshot.
What could be the problem?

Hi bograd,
I am sorry for your trouble but let me help you.
I would like to get more information about the system configuration you have so can you please provide the following?
- IS the SSD connected directly to the SATA ports or is it USB connected?
- Is the SSD connected to an Intel® SATA port controller or Marvel?
- What is the brand and model of the computer?
- Is your computer running the latest BIOS? If so, what is the version installed?

Hello,
1. Directly to the motherboard's sata3 port
2,3. Gigabyte motherboard ga-b75m-d3v
4. yes
Anyway i solved the problem using AOMEI Partition Assistant which worked flawlessly.
Thanks.
