We want to do thermal simulation on our new server product with P4610.
Thermal model file name should be "xxx.pdml"
Could provide Thermal Model of P4610?
Thank you,

Hello BLan,
Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
Could you please further elaborate on what is that you want to do or achieve with the thermal model mentioned?
Also, do you currently have a signed NDA with Intel?

Hello Esteban C,
Yes, our company, Advantech Co., has signed NDA.
Actually, we have got thermal model of P3700 previously (#327772-003US). However, we want to change to use P4610 on new project.
Current thermal simulation result is fail on P4610 (~80 degree C) in our product, because the criteria of P4610 Ta is only 70 degree C. But it's based on assuming P4610 is a total 15W heat component, no considering P4610 actual heatsink ... etc. w/o thermal model.
So, we want to use FloTHERM thermal model to check component inside the P4610 is actually fail, or not.
Thank you,
