Thanks JJ. I was talking about the 9.6 driver. I went ahead and installed it. I took a 20MB/s hit (in writes) in crystaldiskmark. I've rolled back to 9.5 and got my 20MB/s back. I am staying away from this release for now.

Hmmm. Mine didn't take a hit, it's about the same. You might try 9.6 again, but this time let it run a couple of days. During this time keep checking your scores. You might find that they go up.
